mongoose@6 works as expected, no issues was observed. I would be happy to update it in devDependencies also, but I am not sure of your upgrade policy: should json-api target...

Exercise 3 says that _there are THREE trees in the area_, which doesn't reflect currently mapped features, there are eight trees in the area as of September 21, 2019.

Zoom 19 would be helpful to show _entrance_ feature in exercise 15.
