Allow Array of Users and Groups for LimitToUser & LimitToGroup Keys

It would be great if the LimitToUser and LimitToGroup keys utilized an array for multiple users and groups for access to privileges.

Allow yo to send a notification without the default "Close" button. In other words, specify an action button and require the user to select it.
