Same here on pop_os, it used to work properly before 

I'm having a similar issue after sometime, part of the UI appears but i'm still missing most of it, i'm using latest pop_os 

Same for me here, was working fine and I think this issue appeared after latest windows update, tried reinstalling with revoluninstaller without success
