Improving the UI of this plugin

Hello Hidetake Iwata. I was searching for the bookmarks tab plugin and came across BNTP. It is very useful. It could have been a lot better if it has good Interface.

Can I contribute my design skills to improve the UI of this plugin? I'm a Product designer with 3+ years of experience in UI, UX and Product Strategy.
