Im having the same problem, estrange thing is, it works when i run the local server for debugging but when i deploy it doesnt work. I checked and python versions...

Unable to add qa_prompt to ConversationalRetrievalChain.from_llm

I figure it out. Its exactly that the problem use langchain==0.0.123 and it will work again.
