I'm github surfing trying to find the best UI library for React Native Web, and came across this issue. The creator of React Native Web is leaving the blue outline...

I also would love this.

+1 Thinking about just creating a PR and writing support for it myself. I really don't want to dangerously set the html or add a package just for this one...
