At least as far as I am aware, it's a best practice to commit the lock file generated by `pipenv` to the repository, to ensure that users get the same...

I'm running 3b0638b against synapse 1.32.2, and when I type `unlink N` in the control room (to disconnect from a Slack workspace I am no longer interested in), this happens...

Still uses permutation matrices.
