@Fox-pix I didn't know the pip package isn't supported on windows. Unfortunately, you'll have to use WSL to run it. I'll think of a possible fix for windows

yes, whisper supports various languages by default. You might need to add new fonts in the `fonts` directory depending on the target language, to display the subtitles properly @Tobe2d

If you print the transcription to terminal, it should be correct, the issue is most likely with PIL not rendering other fonts properly. Perhaps I'm incorrectly loading the font here:...

can you check your version of chrome by visiting `chrome://version` ?
