Yeah, the main reason is that we need to use this plugin - https://plugins.matomo.org/AjaxOptOut - and if we do that `your.piwik/index.php?module=API&method=AjaxOptOut.isTracked` request tracking is started. So I just resolved this...

Any updates with this? Just tried to upgrade to `@angular/core` to version `17.0.9` and same issue is still present - version `17.0.2` of `@angular/core` works as expected.
