[New user experience]: No mention of `export method` can be confusing when trying to setup Beta distribution

No `export method` option being mentioned in https://docs.fastlane.tools/getting-started/ios/beta-deployment/. When running `fastlane beta`, it seems that fastlane defaults to using iOS Distribution provisioning profiles if export_method is not set to 'development'....

Added rubocop and updated for all the violations

Seems to be a container issue, although might need more testing to confirm.

If you export multiple PDFs in a row, the spinner on the "Preparing PDF" VC will get less and less responsive. Could be a main-thread block or a memory issue.
