Make sure we support Go workspaces

I always get this same error in a go workspace, this error message doesn't appear in a regular go module. Able to reproduce this every time.

Vim mode: add :s/search/replace command

+1 on this issue, it was very jarring to see the %s replaced every instance in file rather than just the selected lines in visual mode. This feels like a...
