You did not set any settings for WMO groups in the add-on.

Baking is not the problem here. The issue occurs on the level of storing the values. Should be fixed when I update the addon to Blender 2.79

Looking into this. So far weird as hell. Might be a malformed WMO. Test more models please, see if it is a common issue.
