Hmm, [this issue](https://github.com/wasmerio/wasmer/issues/989) claims that CraneLift is intel only - if true that could be a problem if we are relying on it.

@iduartgomez Haven't used it but looks similar to https://readthedocs.org/ which I have used, sounds good.
