Possible that you don't open the connection properly like in the other issue? If you want help to debug, share how you configure your setup.
The way it's design, you pass the address in the constructor, then open() calls bind. Do that and it should solve all your problems
There is a unit test that checks that this work. Can you show me how you trigger that issue?
