Fix error on maps/maps-downloading-querying.ipynb likely caused by refactoring directories

The Jupyter notebook at maps/maps-downloading-querying.ipynb is showing an error, but not showing any debugging information. Most likely this is something we missed when refactoring the notebook.

Fix links in github.io pages

The links to the Jupyter notebooks need to be fixed now that the notebooks have been reorganized.
