can llama.cpp/convert.py support tokenizer rather than 'spm', 'bpe', 'hfft'

I just ran into this issue today (9/10/2024) As @harkgill-amd mentioned downgrading to RocM 6.1 fixes it. BTW, I also had to downgrade python from 3.12 to 3.10. So disappointing....
