responsive application GUI

`Doga`'s GUI is not responsive yet so it raise exceptions on smaller screen sizes. right now application size in terminal is fixed, so making this work in smaller size screens...

currently `Doga` uses `threading` for running some timers and GUI app instance, so in current version it don't stop entire application by just `Ctrl+C`, you need to use `Ctrl+Z`. Because...
