I have no problem with windows 11 22621.1 with twinkle tray stable version now

this happen when I change back scaling from 125% to 100% and I need to reset the app to fix it

Add Game Mode Detector may be the way to implement this

this also happens to me, after sleep the pc for a long time, the tray unable to show, the workaround is unhide it with hotkeys > edit whoops, wrong issue
