error in jupyterlab(3.0)

Hi, the ff. example doesn't work in the Python extension for vs code (which includes jupyter): https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1g8WOn9oZ5G_3-Y8DYmpV1MIj59dnd81u

(v0.13.0) Clicking on contents (right sidebar), subsections of previous section opens in sidebar instead of clicked section.

This is fixed in 0.14.0
