Before merging this PR, I would wait to fix performance issues in Xamarin.Mac backend. This needs to be improved and tested to be sure there are no regressions.

You need to add the Cocosharp nuget package. This examples are outdated... this weekend I will try to fix if there is any API change

Yes, this is because there was lot of CocosSharp API changes and the examples needs some code updates

Yes! CCMathExHelper was an obsolete helper class and now is not necessary, seems mac solution not updated, sorry about that.
