I should add a auto-migration that detects the usage of (global usage) `addDecorator` etc, and if they are detected, block/fail the migration

I also removed the deprecated/removed code from storyshots

@tmeasday I did it! dynamic circleci config, and the config can be generated from a node script adds 12 seconds, but it means we can never ever have to worry...
