Nothing if pie slice goes from 0 to 360

On https://github.com/DmitryBaranovskiy/g.raphael/blob/master/g.pie.js#L25 If startAngle = 0 and endAngle = 360 nothing is drawn. Had to use 359.9 as a hack.

It would come handy if the bezier curve applied to smooth the g.lines graph could be edited or chosen from a list of options (smooth, hard, lineal, etc). Right now...

Renders blank "Index of /" page

After installation on Mac OS 10.11.6, when loading 127.0.0.1:8080 I get a blank index page "Index of /". In the VM the folder `/vagrant` has Magento's files. Am I missing...

I haven't been able to try it yet with my Xiaomi Mijia 1080P Smart IP Camera, but since I don't see it mentioned anywhere I thought I'd ask here before.
