[rutorrent] fix cors policy

I am pretty sure they are the same issue. There are [restrictions on JavaScript](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Request/mode) when using the `no-cors` mode to protect the privacy and security of the target domain.

Download range doesn't work anymore

@billhanyu Why don't you fix it then?
