Make it clear that a reboot is required after configuring mdns-repeater with CARP support

mdns-repeater apparently needs a reboot (re: [https://github.com/opnsense/plugins/issues/3298](https://github.com/opnsense/plugins/issues/3298) ) when it's configured with CARP support. There is no mention of this when one configures mdns-repeater.

When creating a custom instance I'm not able to set VCPU > 9.
