Keen to hear if there is an update as this is key to switching over usage
Same issue on a mac I can get it working with: pandoc 2.11 and pandoc-eqnos 2.5 or pandoc-eqnos 2.4
The integration routine is now in the code as part of the hydraulics, so one could add the Rutter scheme if desired.
