Also reproduced on Win10 LTSC, installed using .msi method. Icon doesn't appear in right click menu of folder's blank area.

这个默认设置是适配 Win10 的，会开启任务管理视图，Task View。如果使用更旧版本的 Windows 比如 Win7，可以自行修改。
