Picking this up... the 'best practice' has now changed, as even dropping keys into `/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d` doesn't solve all of the problems that were identified. I'll add something to this issue...

Debian Bullseye systems do *not* have `/etc/apt/keyrings`, but Bookworm systems do. It's easy to create of course, but creation of the directory will need to be part of the directions.
Sorry for the drive-by comment, but I believe those `script` tags can include a hash of the linked-to content, and that helps the browser know when it should throw away...
