docs: add syntax highlight to codeblocks in tutorial.md

i know this language is called teal, but i add lua syntax highlight to the codeblocks in tutorial.md so it's a little bit nicer to read now

I think it would be easier to distinguish it, especially when we have bunch of cards

it's better for this highlight color to be the default for border so it has better visibility and better UX

dnf versionlock plugin cannot lock excluded package in dnf.conf
