Redli is not working for users who can't run INFO command

Write only user can't connect using redli, as it [needs](https://github.com/IBM-Cloud/redli/blob/3c8ad98b19ddd0e7bf8f5acc1670dadc30223821/redli.go#L233) to execute `INFO` command, which is not available for writeonly users.
