This notebook sample doesn't run anymore because dump_circuit() is deprecated. I think it works fine if we wrap the Q# code in cell 2 in an operation and use circuit()...

Specify the angular units that Q# trig functions output, and expect as input

Update the Q# API references to specify whether the input/output for trig functions is in degrees or radians.
