switching off the mouse driver (dos_mouse_driver=false) seems to fix the freeze, although the graphics seems a bit messed up (running main with default config)

had the same issue here, it's on a synology running the latest DSM 7, something changed with the last 2 DSM security patches as it started acting up after that....
