[Improved](https://github.com/eclipse-theia/theia/pull/13334) the toolbar items. Will look into the scrollbar issue now.

Install and use the trace server.

This is already done for states. For elements which can't be scaled (because we have to preserve line thickness) we need to update the coordinates without removing and creating component...
