Is there any opposition from the CRA team to allowing all options specified in a `jest.config.js` file to be used and override the defaults? I don't see the harm.

Might it be possible to work around this if clients enforced that all emoji's were surrounded by a zero width space character (`\u200B`)? Its not ideal but much better than...
