I've upgraded to rust-numpy 0.22 on master.
The pybigtools v0.2.4 release contains rust-numpy 0.22, so closing this.

Sorry for the delay - just published bigtools 0.5.1 which should fix the fieldCount and definedFieldCount when an autosql is passed.
v0.5.2 should at least not error when not passing an autosql (this only happened when passing the bed via stdin) I still need to add the following: 1) autosql parsing...
