@jasonbraganza thanks - we added the test plan section [yesterday](https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/pull/3367/commits/c2cb60ef665230c4b434e07a13b45268a746998f). I thought the KEP must be approved before we can update it to `implementable`.
