Change Dualshock Analog Mode Toggle Default

Changes the default analog mode toggle combo buttons from `Start+Select+L1+L2+R1+R2` to `L1+R1+Select`. Prevents accidentally performing a soft reset in games that supported it. Effectively fixes #738. Fixes #699.

Bass is quiet on version 1.17 and up. Was fine on 1.16. Haven't noticed any settings that correct issue. Running Windows.
