F16 file does not convert correctly

The float16.py conversion has a blacklist option , but it does not seem to blacklist correctly and still tries to run Resize at float16, leading to errors.

Yolo loss is not scaled appropriately

The loss is dependent on number of input samples which isnt the case with any other loss functions .

Unable to run wasm in iPhone SE with iOS 14.7.

I have a wasm which is singlethreaded and with SIMD disabled. It runs on other iPhones but we are encountering a problem that it does not compile on iPhone SE....
