We're working to make it more usable (no modal warnings) and keep the modal choice as an option [here](https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser/-/issues/41112#note_2831157).

NoScript will work 100% on Firefox / Tor Browser, and with (documented) limitations on Chromium-based browsers adopting MV3 strictly. This is conceptually not dissimilar from [the current situation](https://noscript.net/usage/#limitations-on-chromium).
