I run this separately outside of hassio, and mine is also crashing. Probably a couple of times a month, so im not sure its specific to Home Assistant

Issue is back. Seems the screen on/off makes zero difference now.

Has the IP of your printer changed by any chance?

Ah yeah you're right. I got the logic mixed up with something else I did. Can you access the stream via VLC?
