看起來是 lxml 套件安裝的時候有出錯， error 看起來好像是要求裝 微軟的 c++ build tool [https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/zh-hant/visual-cpp-build-tools/](https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/zh-hant/visual-cpp-build-tools/) 把這個裝起來看看
看起來是 lxml 的套件問題，目前 lxml release 的版本只支援到 python 3.9 要不要試著把 python 降版看看
