Apparently it happens in X11. In Wayland, I can't fullscreen Cider (except in Immersive Mode) because I don't have window controls in it.

Came to report this as well but found this issue before making a new one. Confirmed this is still happening with Physics 3.0.14 and ETF 6.2.8 on Fabric 1.20.1
