Customizable Elytra's banner Elytras fail to render with Iris and 3d Skin Layers

What happened?

As discussed in Hidoni/CustomizableElytra#31, I'm opening an issue here about a rendering issue with Customizable Elytra when an elytra has banner patterns while using both Iris and 3d Skin Layers. The issue does not happen if either of the two mods is absent.

Note that the screenshots (and the log) were using the integrated graphics of my CPU (a AMD Ryzen 7 5700G), but I double-checked after ensuring it would use the actual GPU and the problem still is present.

The problem still persists.
