 Unknown NPC seems to be Corbett Schneider (entry: 1433), we can se on the frame that he is near Elaine Trias/Ben Trias

We have 3 pre release screenshots that show him actually, so i think he is spawned permanently.

 Probably display_id we use for her is the good one, since she already has final model for 0.5.3

I think we shouldn't move her at the moment since we don't know the position of Brother Joshua, but it could be right.
