On Ubuntu 22.04 I faced a similar issue, solved by running `sudo apt install -y jq`

Currently not, but it's possible to implement using the [unread function of crisp javascript](https://help.crisp.chat/en/article/how-to-use-crisp-javascript-sdk-10ud15y/#6-chatunreadcount) and passing a callback to the `CrispView`.

@yoannpicquenot I already faced this issue before, but unable to solve it, as you said, probably it's from Crisp itself, I'm gonna keep this issue open for anyone who knows...
