`str()` is actually already mentioned in the supplementary episode (13), http://swcarpentry.github.io/r-novice-inflammation/13-supp-data-structures/index.html. Perhaps all is needed is adding a note that this function can supersede the others in terms of usefulness?...

IMO, this parallels #309. If there's a significant overhaul, maybe documentation of data could be included, but we do need to carefully consider the addition of concepts a [non-supplementary] episode.

Clearly indicate core vs. supplementary episodes in lesson syllabus
