@AndrewD I would like to get CAN support inside upstream Litex instead of any downstream tree since it is difficult to update and maintain against latest changes. Let me know...

@p1-0tr Thanks for pointing this out. There was a problem with my qemu package. Resolved it to fix the issue.
I am able to build with gcc 12.x. Could you update [Dockerfile](https://github.com/pulp-platform/cheshire/blob/main/.github/Dockerfile#L11) which still uses gcc 8.3 so that it is consistent with your doc.
@enjoy-digital sounds good to me as long as it gets CAN bus support in Litex
