Addresses #322 (using a notebook as scratch for a moment, using multiple toml files as stand-ins for previously parsed requirements from other source - will go into proper code place...

Hi! It would be great to see this package on conda-forge, for people who may have only certain channels approved for use, though there's already a 'pycm' using the namespace...

Takes format from chat.answer and duplicates, without sources, as chat.generate which then gets implemented in Assistant as well. Got a bit turned around with the async aspect in the stream...
