It'd be useful to add support for at least one other adapter that supports threads. That would help determine how to normalize differences between various thread-capable adapters. 🤔

Appending `thread_id` to `chat-source-room` would make it hard to group by adapter/channel pair. I think adding extra optional columns for thread-capable adapters would be ok. IRC just wouldn't use them.
