change 'new' to 'create', 'create' to 'store'

I've just seeing this behavior on frameworks like Laravel, but must of the frameworks use `new` and `create`, Like Ruby on Rails, Phoenix

Thanks for taking a look! Currently I'm working to replace [MediaStream Recording API](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/MediaStream_Recording_API) with native recording implementations depending on the OS to make mp4 the default format.
