Appengine isn't recompiling on changes

I have tried using both the legacy and gcloud, right now I am using the latter, which I installed today. Running with the log_level set to `debug` doesn't output anything...

Date Picker: Margins not working

I am also unable to replicate this issue.

Inner content doesn't render if loaded with a delay

This issue still remains for wrapping like elements (Container, Block, etc), and other than the hacky solution, at the current time there doesn't seem to be a way around this....
